blueberry muffin: 1 c oat flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 Tbs Vanilla Protein Powder 1/3 c Truvia baking blend sweetener 2 egg whites 1/3 c plain Greek yogurt 1/3 c almond milk 1/2 c blueberries Pre heat oven 375. Mix dry ingredients separate from wet. combine and mix well getting lumps out. Pour blueberries in last, but only half of them. put them into cupcake pan. Drop the last of the bluberries right on top. Put in the oven for 15-17 mins, done when toothpick comes out clean!
