The Murturm Nature Observation Tower pokes out just above the tree tops next to the Mur River in Austria. The 27 meter tall sculptural structure follows the principles of a double helix. It has two spiraling staircases so that the journery from the ground to the top and back again is one continuous loop. The Murturm Nature Observation Tower is part of a larger project by terrain:loenhart for the Mur Nature Preserve.
