    Fresh Basil & Balsamic Dressing: 1 small onion (finely chopped), 3-4 large garlic cloves (minced), 1/4c fresh basil leaves (minced), 2/3c rice vinegar, 1/2c balsamic vinegar, 1/2c water, 1/2 extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 coarse prepared mustard, 2 tsp honey, salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and store in a quart jar in the fridge.
