Really? 2 weeks? Challenge accepted. 2x/day, 2 weeks =28 times, 20 down 8 to go. Everything seems to be improving including decrease in discomfort. My legs straddle father at step 5 than at step 1 so it's neat to see the stretches' immediate effect. All step 5 splits are getting wider. My lower back is getting a slight workout holding those poses (thankfully step 3 is a pose that supposedly relieves back pain). My legs feel really loose after doing this :)
