Chocolate No-Bake Cookies 1/2 c (1 stick) butter 2 c white sugar 1/2 c milk 3 T cocoa 3 c quick cooking oats 2/3 c peanut butter 1 t vanilla Bring butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa to a rolling boil for one minute. Bananas are a whole, fresh food, so that's a +1. However, they are loaded with sugar. So if you are looking to lose weight, you better keep it to 1/2. I love bagging on bananas, because I think they're disgusting. I know they are touted for their potassium content, too (helps with leg cramps and post work out recovery), but there's a lot of other whole-food sources for it.
