I have to try this, especially if it makes eggs easier to peel.

Make "hard boiled" eggs in the oven. 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in ice bath for 10 minutes for easy peeling, creamy yolks. Good for deviled eggs or egg salad when you need make quanity and have stove top freed up. Can be put in a mini muffin tin to cook or put right on rack. Read comment section at blog for additional tips.

Make "hard boiled" eggs in the oven! - The Burlap Bag Bake them in the oven at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes. (depending on your oven. Try one egg at 325 and see how it does!) I put them in mini muffin pans so they don’t wiggle around!

Mini-Muffin Pan... Baked Hard Boiled Eggs 30 minutes at 350 (make sure oven is at 350 before putting eggs in), lay them in a mini-muffin tin. They do have brown spots on shells when they come out. Immediately immerse in a bowl filled with ice and cold water - the spots disappear! The eggs peel perfectly! So much easier than boiling, and no nasty green ring on the yolk.

Easy Hard "Boiled" Eggs! Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove with Chef's Tongs and place in an ice bath immediately. You can do 1 egg or 24 eggs...time and temp are the same! Eggs are SO EASY to peel, no sticking! *Tip: Place eggs on their side on a mini muffin pan so the yolks stay in the middle...mini muffin pan so they don't roll all over.

No fuss hard boiled eggs..... Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A mini muffin pan works perfectly for containing the eggs (clever, huh?) Immediately after baking place eggs, using tongs, into a huge bowl of ice water for 15 minutes... to stop the cooking. This will also remove the tiny brown spots created by baking the eggs. Can't wait to try this! #easter #egg #ideas #decorating #tutorials

The trick is to put the pan in a cold oven and then switch it on and begin your timer. Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. I hate getting SPLATTERED!! This works perfect!
