Rotel Cups 3 pkg. filo pastry cups – thawed 1 Can rotel drained (almost all the way) 1 bag hormel bacon bits 1 cup shredded swiss 1 cup Dukes Mayo Mix it up real good and scoop evenly into the little cups. Cook at 350 for 15 min. oh! I almost forgot. I was thinking that a good variation to this recipe would be to put the mixture on french bread. What cha think? Fun Finger Foods - Cut 1 cm off the cherry tomatoes, remove the seeds. Fil w/ the tomatoe tapenade and finish w/a mini mozzarella ball. Put on a skewer. In a small bowl, mix the x virg olive oil, lemon zest & parsley. Roll the skewers in the oil, put in a serving vase or platter.
