Roasted Brined Turkey & Gravy. This is the ONLY way I cook a turkey. The original recipe comes from Alton Brown, who really knows his stuff. P.S. Beware that the drippings from this turkey are going to be quite salty-- don't add any extra salt to gravy without tasting first. I always make my gravy the day before Thanksgiving using Turkey drumsticks & wings for this very reason.
