Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). Hopefully this will help keep fruit and veggies from going bad too early. Smart things here. I have practiced many of these most of my life. I will add Tomatoes. I do not refrigerate them ever. I have a hanging basket in the kitchen for my tomatoes and if I cut it I eat the entire tomato then and there. They act of chilling a whole or cut tomato sucks the flavor away immediately.

Instead of a fruit salad! Love this! I made this using Green Grapes, Pineapple, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and Cantaloupe. It was delicious and my family loved it ♥
