Fresh fruit kids will eat! 2 1/2 cups strawberries 1/3 cup cold water 1 package Velata Dark Chocolate Instructions: 1. Blend strawberries & water together. 2. Pour into popsicle mold. 3. Put a popsicle stick into each pop. 4. Freeze for 4+ hours. 5. Melt Velata Dark Chocolate in your Velata Fondue Warmer (both available at Fantastic.Velata.us). 6. Drizzle chocolate on popsicles. Chocolate will harded almost instantly. 7. Feed your kids. They'll love it. It's FANTASTIC!
Made (6-24-12): Double Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova: whatkatieate.blog... I used semi-sweet baking chocolate instead of a chocolate with 70% cocoa. Since I was in a hurry (and not part of a cooking competition), I used part of a can of whipped cream instead of whipping my own, which I can't recommend.
