"My best Project Life innovation is the washi-tape-hole-reinforcer page protector. I cut a 12x12 page protector in half and sealed one edge with washi tape. Perfect for my needs. But then I was left with a page protector half with no holes to allow it to be placed into my binder. I didn't want to lose any of the "real estate" of the page protector, so I built a new edge with tape and then punched holes in it and reinforced the holes. I love, love, love how it turned out!" - Balzer Designs

This would also be great for recipe book, art journal page or a smash book! One pinner said: Great idea.. Use Washi tape to reinforce custom made page protectors. Cut a 12x12 page protector in half and sealed one edge with washi tape. For the other half of the page protector with out holes, simply create a new side edge with Washi tape and then punch holes and reinforce those holes with store bought hole reinforces.

for on the go Project Life/used an old Maya Road chipboard box to put together a little kit so that I can catch up with journaling cards on the go: pen (I use a Sharpie them), black permanent ink pad, PL date stamp, box of asstd cards. (great gift idea!)

I can't imagine who will need it or when...but here's how to make unusually sized page protectors!

Make Custom-Sized Page Protectors with Washi Tape.

Simply fabulous! I love the depth, the layers, everything. This is definitely scrap-lift worthy! :)

I like the idea to journal the top ten food staples. Not as much the actual picture of the refrigerator, that would just be embarrassing...

Simply beautiful. The photography and the subject. Too bad handwritten letters are a lost art. But, that is okay, I'll continue.
