Vocabulary 2 - When teaching students a new vocab word, get them involved and make sure they understand the concept by having them draw a corresponding picture on an index card. Then put the index cards on a poster with the word, definition and sentence to hang in the room for reference. Depending on the grade, the students can take turns doing the other parts of the poster themselves.
