Chile Colorado Burritos These were delicious! My kids said, "Can we have these every night" Win!
Chile Colorado Burritos Ingredients: * 1 1/2 to 2 pounds stew meat or other beef cubed (top sirloin is great) * 1 large can mild enchilada sauce (19 oz.) * 2 beef bouillon cubes * 1/2 can refried beans (optional) * 5-7 burrito size flour tortillas * 1 cup or so of shredded cheddar cheese

Oh. My. Gosh!... Chile Colorado Burritos 2 lb stew meat 1/2 c tomato sauce 1 Tbsp Knorr's Caldo de Tomate 1/2 tsp garlic powder 3 T chili powder 3 T all-purpose flour 2 c chicken broth flour tortillas & shredded cheese Make enchilada sauce. Place stew meat in 6-quart slow cooker. Cover with enchilada sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef.
Smothered Chile Colorado Burritos (CROCK POT)! It doesn't get much easier or delicious than this meal! It is fantastic!
