OK not into sweet iced tea but love the cups "The Perfect Sweet Tea Recipe"- there is a secret ingredient! I've had a lot of really good sweet tea in my time so I'm a bit skeptical :) but I'll give it a try!

Orange Julius Smoothie 1/2 cup low - fat or skim milk 1/2 cup cold water 2 tbs sugar or sugar substitute 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 - 5 ice cubes 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate (I cut a 12 oz can of frozen orange juice in half and save the other half for your next smoothie) Place everything in a blender and blend for several minutes until smooth and frothy.

The Perfect Orange Julius Smoothie: Blend cup low-fat or skim milk, cup cold water, 2 tbs sugar or sugar substitute, 1 tsp vanilla extract ice cubes 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate.

Homemade Orange Julius  1 1/4 cups fresh orange juice  3/4 cup water  1 large egg white (pasturised substitute is fine; 3 tbsp)  1 tsp vanilla extract  1/4 cup sugar  2 cups ice    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed 45-60 seconds, until mixture is very smooth and frothy. Use slightly less ice for a thinner consistency; use slightly more for a thicker shake-like consistency.  Serves 4, makes about 36oz.
