another pinner: I like the idea of each girl having a journal. they can pick a journal question from the jar and write/draw it. * but I think it would be fun to have a pile of journals, pre-write questions in them and then have the girls randomly pick a journal to write in - at the end of the year it will be a fun snap-shot of the troop!
