Yes Finland's Ed system is interesting. However we need to look at their economic policies before we go all crazy for their Ed system. They have a smaller than 3% child poverty rate, while ours is 22%. This more than anything accounts for the difference in performance. Lets not forget that our high performing schools in high income areas (like those in MA) out test most of the world.
