Very delicious & healthy birthday cake that I made my for my Mom last night. I used sugar-free angel food cake, sliced it in half and filled the inside middle w/ fat free cool whip and strawberries, then put the top layer back on. Filled the center hole w/ a mixture of berries. Finally i covered the top in more cool whip, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries. Only 105 calories for a 1/8 of the cake! Mmmmm!
Oatmeal Smoothie: 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 cup coconut water (or other liquid, such as juice).
