Olive oil, Garlic, Chives and Romano Cheese smashed Cauliflower- So much like mashed potatoes - only healthier!
Cut an Italian loaf in half. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread butter and garlic spread onto both pieces. Season with Italian seasoning and sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 10 min and sprinkle with parsley when done baking. For the sauce, warm a cup of tomato sauce in a small pot until hot. A great starter dish or a side for a pasta dinner.
