Fall staple that even my husband loved!- Crockpot Cheese Tortellini and Sausage. 1 (19 oz.) bag frozen cheese tortellini 1 lb. sausage (I prefer Italian) 1 bag fresh spinach 2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes 2 cans low-fat chicken broth 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese.

Crockpot Lasagna- Ingredients: 1lb Ground bf Lasagna noodles 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 c cottage cheese 1 1/2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese. Directions: Brown ground bf and drain. Spoon 1 c spaghetti sauce in bottom of 4 qt crock pot. Mix remaining sauce with bf. Place 2 uncooked noodles on sauce in crockpot. Spread 1/3 meat.Spread 3/4 c cottage cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 c mozzarella cheese. Add 2 more layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Cook on low for 4 hrs.
