4 Serrano chile
2 oz Spinach
1 Zucchini, medium

Canned Goods

1 can Coconut milk, unsweetened regular
1 can Coconut milk, unsweetened light


2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh

Pasta & Grains

1 Squeamish squash with rice

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Coriander seeds, whole toasted
1 tsp Peppercorns, whole black toasted
1 tsp Salt, coarse
1 Salt and freshly ground pepper, Coarse
