no-fry fries, just cut up your potatoes and place them in a bowl of cold water, then dry them off and toss them with olive oil, place them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, then bake at 450 for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
Cleverlyinspired: Angel Chicken...slow cooker, chicken breasts, mushrooms, butter, golden mushroom soup, white wine, cream cheese....about 5 hours in the crockpot....over brown rice and asparagus! YUMMMM!
Bang Bang Shrimp --Just made this for dinner tonight and yum..it was so good. A little more work to prepare them, but they are delicious. I would suggest making this on a day when you aren't working or have anything planned. Made it today & was a perfect Sunday meal b/c it took a good 2 hours to prepare and cook.
