Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt. Probably my favorite memoir of all time. You're laughing and crying, and laughing and crying at the same time.

    • Ariel Marrs

Frank McCourt's series of autobiographies are fantastic (Angela's Ashes, 'Tis, and Teacher Man). These are some of my all-time favorite books: funny, thought-provoking, and heart-rending. McCourt's style is so easy and his stories so expertly told that I often forget I'm reading non-fiction.

"The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green was so perfect I really don't think it needs to have a film. The deep rooted philosophy and sub-contexts i believe will be difficult to portray in film.

One of those novels that kept me up at night. Because it is about an event that occurs far too often in today's society. A book for parents to read as well.

An awesome story of friendship... Great book!

I've read this several times. Always at the direction of a teacher. I liked it well enough, but I don't see greatness. I feel the same way about Catcher in the Rye.
