The 5-4-3-2-1 Workout just did this!! Chose to ride my bike on my trainer for first 5 min! Good work out! Kicks your butt.. After doing the cycle twice I road my bike again for another 20 min! Felt good to mix it up a bit.. Usually just do a p90x DVD
