    Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Serves 12 ( one cup each) 16 oz. dry spaghetti, cooked 1 lb. Velveeta Light (2%)Cheese 12.5 oz can chicken breast, drained & flaked 1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup 1 can 98% FF cream of chicken soup 10 oz. can diced tomatoes & green chilies (Rotel) 4 oz can mushroom stems & pieces, drained 1/2 cup water 1 small onion, diced 1 med. green pepper, diced salt & pepper to taste Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to mix well. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours. Stir again just before serving. I love crock pot dinners!

Crock-Pot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Crockpot Cheesy Chicken and Rice: 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken, undiluted; 1 (10 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted; 1 1/2 cups water; 1 small onion, diced; 1 cup uncooked rice; 4 chicken breasts; 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning; salt & pepper, to taste; shredded cheese for topping (optional)

Crockpot Cheesy Chicken & Rice. Tried it. It was ok but instantly got better when I added rotel & made a tortilla casserole out of it then baked it. Since there was so much left over, I put it back in the crockpot, added a can of chicken broth, more rotel, cumin, garlic salt & a block of velveeta for a yummy chicken queso dip!
