    Crispy Zucchini Parmesan Fries that are baked! Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Fries Slice zucchini into thin slices. Season some flour with paprika and garlic powder. Roll slices in flour mixture, dip them in egg and then drop them onto a plate with panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and a little more paprika and garlic powder. Put them in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, flip them over and then put them in for 10 minutes more. I served them with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

WIN: Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Fries - Baked — UPDATE: Tried these tonight. didn't have Panko so used regular bread crumbs. Since this recipe had no amounts given for anything, I had to guess about it all. They turned out pretty yummy anyway. Kid reaction was underwhelming so I probably won't be likely to try again.

Baked Zucchini “Fries” - I have had great success using Corn and Rice Chex for breading. I think I would try that for the GF option.
