DIY Figurines Empty cans or jars, toy figurines (such as Lego, plastic animals or KinderEgg-stuff), super glue and spray paint. Clean jars-plastic or glass-and remove labels. Glue figurines in place on lids, using super glue. Follow directions and spray paint when glue has dried-usually takes 10 min for paint to dry-spray several thin layers to get smooth surface. #1- Great idea! #2-Hmm. Someone did a REALLY nice job on these. For me, the screw top needs to be hidden, My ocd says NO NO! Could do beaded trim, embroidered ribbon, embossed metal strip, strand of pearls wrapped round & round, etc. Beautiful!
