FRENCH ONION PORK CHOPS. 4 boneless chops, 2 pkts French Onion Soup mix, 1/2 C breadcrumbs 2 eggs. Heat oven to 400. In one dish beat egg. In another dish mix crumbs soup mix. Coat both sides of chops with egg then crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 min. Flip bake another 10 min. ***modify to use almond meal instead of bread crumbs and make your own onion soup mix seasonings****
Place a 2-lb pork tenderloin in a slow cooker, pour a 12-oz can of root beer over it and cook on high for 6 hours. Discard juice, cover pork with 1 18-oz jar bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm. Serve on buns.
