I actually have most of her cookbooks, as her recipes are pretty dang easy to follow and pretty flavorful as well. However, I find her a whole lot like me: sometimes too overly peppy and cheery which leads to sort of annoying. Yeah, I said it. Well done, Rach!

Veggie Meals: Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Meals. My mom purchased this for me at a book signing when I was a vegetarian...so my copy is signed. It has less recipes than most of her other books, but has some good options. This was my first RR book.
