Pie Crust Idea! about 20 minutes before the baking time done... when the filling is "just about set"... carefully remove pies from the oven... and apply the leaves in position . Gently brush with egg-wash (1 egg white + 1 Tbsp water). Continue baking for filling until "fully set". Allow pies to completely cool before serving
