Oven roasted squash and zucchini...yummy! After slicing the veggies and placing on the cookie sheet. brush everything with a generous helping of olive oil. sprinkled garlic powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese (the kind in the green can)put them in a 400 degree oven for about 8 minutes. Then put the cookie sheet under the broiler to crisp up the parmesan topping and finish the cooking process.

Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino. Simple, easy, and cheap!!! I didn't use near as much red pepper flakes as it called for, and I sauteed the garlic and pepper flakes first. Next time I might try the suggestion for adding asparagus and shrimp.
