This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

Perfect Baked Potato. Heat oven to 350 degrees, wash & dry potatoes in cold water. Poke 8 to 12 holes in each potato with a fork. Place in bowl and cover lightly with olive oil. Cheesy Zucchini Bake. 2 each zucchini and yellow squash, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, garlic powder. Chop squash into half moon pieces and toss with cheese and garlic. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Top with more cheese and bake another 10-15 min.
