these aren't unhealthy ideas! these are great tips! however you don't have to go to bed hungry, a small snack (a yogurt, handful of almonds, something) if you need it is fine. not sleeping because you're hungry is not a good thing
I dislike the use of "skinny" as a motivator. These are rules to live a healthy life by. My thighs are my own - they'll never be skinny but they get me up stairs, into downward dog, & across town. The least I can do is take care of them & the rest of my bod!
