Okay, so i have tryed this before..... its amazing!!! If you like taco meat and fresh lettuce putting them together tastes soooooooo good!!!! You should definitely try this. And maybe add some toppings you would usually add on your taco! :D
Very yum! You can't get easier and more family-friendly than this. I did make some changes: mixed tots and a fiesta blend cheese together, then layered 1 lb sausage and the mozzarella cheese, and then poured egg mix. To the egg mix, I omitted the onion powder, upped garlic powder to 1 teaspoon and decreased milk to 1 cup. Took more like 45-50 minutes to cook.
