Love the idea of a "grazing tray," that kids can help themselves to all day (with a variety of healthy fruits, veggies, etc.) I would leave it inn the fridge & she could help herself when she feels like a snack. I have yet to try this, but grazing throughout the day is so much healthier than large meals & designated snack times.
Toddler smoothies! ■1/4 cup plain yogurt ■1 half of a banana ■Fruit juice (I used the juice from a container of peaches, but apple juice would work as well.) Instructions: 1.Using a fork, mash banana until it liquifies. 2.In a cup, mix banana with yogurt. 3.Add a little juice and stir. Repeat this process until the mixture reaches desired consistency
