Ah perceived conflict... The old nugget of believing there's gossiping, backstabbing, lying, etc. If people spoke to each other rather than jumped to conclusions they'd find there's really no drama at all. I make it a habit not to talk about people, especially ones I barely know. There's simply nothing to talk about. Ask around and you'll find it's all in your head. I've read into things before, but then i learned to play devils advocate with myself to see all possible angles.

sometimes it's okay to take a step back and admit you're being ridiculous. Ok I am taking a step back right now!
