Fried Porkchops with Cream Gravy - i made a variation of this for dinner the other night. so good!.
Breaded Pork Chops. Need: 1 egg (lightly beaten), 1/2 C milk, 1 1/2 C crushed saltines, 6 (4 oz ea, 1" thick) boneless pork loin chops, & 1/4 C canola oil. / Mix egg & milk, dip ea chop in egg/milk mixture. Then thickly coat chop w/cracker crumbs. In large skillet, cook chops in oil for 4-5 min on each side or til thermometer reads 145˚. Let chops stand 5 min before serving.
