Recipe: (1 serving) -Chai tea (hot and steeped in a medium/large mug) -1 heaping tbsp ground flax seed -Handful of loose leaf greens -1 tbsp cinnamon Directions: Once tea is steeped, blend ingredients (preferably in a vita mix/bullet etc.) including the hot tea until liquified and green!
