Later in life....This is a life changer!! Each member of the family has a mesh lingerie laundry bag, and a hook. They put their dirty socks and underwear in the bag each night. On laundry day, you wash the whole mesh zipped up bag, and give it back! No more sorting through and figuring out which socks are for which person.
when we stop at a hotel, I just tell my husband which tote to bring in. When we stay for a few nights at a time, we still only need one tote. It’s amazing how many clothes can fit (especially when packing summer clothes)! I put the clean clothes in a dresser (if there is one) and we fill the tote with the dirty clothes as we wear them. It’s great when we arrive home to take the tote to the laundry room. No sorting through bags/suitcases for dirty and clean clothes all mixed together!
It’s happened to all of us at one point or another. We dribble coffee on our favorite shirt. Our 2-year-old decides to color herself–and her Sunday dress–with rainbow assortment of felt-tip markers. Our husband gets a little overly enthusiastic with his barbecue sauce. Our romantic candlelit dinner leaves us with candle wax all over the tablecloth.
