    I have tried this,& the crayons do not melt well with a blow dryer. A heat gun or torch works WAYYYY better just be sure to peel the paper off the crayons first or they will burn.

    We will be doing this in my art class soon, and something tells me a blow torch is not a good idea...

Melted Crayon Art. I tried it. It was taking forever with my hair dryer and the blower was blowing the melted wax off of my paper, so I used a heat gun. I found the idea at-http://wearethatfamily.com/2011/08/what-we-did-on-the-last-day-of-summer/

    I tryed this and it's so much fun, really easy, and it looks nice! I recommend using a heat gun rather than a blow dryer because when you use a blow dryer it takes 10 minutes for each section. Hope this helps!
