Raspberry Barbecue Wings Recipe. I came up with this recipe when I got tired of the same old wings. These are baked with onion and garlic, then broiled and basted with a mixture of raspberry jam, barbecue sauce and jalapeno peppers. The sauce is also excellent on pork and is great for dipping. ☀CQ #summer #barbecue #bbq

: ) Honey & Soy Sauce Baked Chicken - Another yummy and easy way to cook up chicken. I used 6 bone-in thighs and 2 drumsticks. Dipping it in the sauce was delicious, but maybe marinating it overnight would help it be more flavorful. This recipe somehow imparted a slight mushroom flavor to the chicken. Clean up of glass pan was tough - maybe use pan liner next time?

Sound yummy except for the thigh part! I'll just use chicken breast

I just tried this recipe with minor changed so I could use what I had at home. I actually added some curry powder b/c I wash short on paprika and also a pink wine, and dry time but it turned out great!

I made this dish tonight.....for color I added frozen Trader Joe's green beans during the last 30 mins of cooking time (when chicken was added back to the pan). Very good even though I'm not a fan of cooking with wine.

    Sounds good

Made this tonight. Skipped the mushrooms and wine. I thought the smoky paprika was going to be too strong, but the chicken broth mellowed it out. And my whole family loved it, which is a rare event. Thank you for sharing this simple and delicious recipe.
