"Cheesy" Kale Crackers - YES!!! Kids seem to love Kale Chips anyway, but add a little "cheesy" to them and they'll want nothing else.

I made these and they were delicious! almost taste like pumkin seeds. dehydrated Zucchini chips.

Oven at 300*, cook for 30-40min. Toss thickly sliced zucchini in olive oil. In another bowl, combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and a few turns of pepper. Coat zucchini, bake until browned & crisp. Serve hot! For salt and vinegar, soak slices in vinegar for 1hr and sprinkle with salt. Chipotle powder or curry powder for other flavors.
