"Pop Up Pancake Recipe – makes 24 muffins or fills a 9×13 baking pan 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 6 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter dash salt Preheat oven to 400* and grease your muffin tins blend in blender it all together. make 15 min" I didn't use a blender and I had to bake mine for 25 minutes not 15. It might have been because I used 2 muffin pans but they still tastes good just not like pancakes. They were more like an egg muffins. My family loved them though. I put peaches, syrup and powdered sugar on my younger siblings. My mom put cheese, salsa, and sour cream on her's which also tasted amazing :)
