Raw Vegetable "Pasta" with Tomatoes and Herbs

Vegan • Gluten free • Paleo • Serves 6

Produce

1 tbsp Basil
1 cup Cherry or grape tomatoes
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 Shallot
2 Summer squash, yellow
5 Sundried tomatoes, oil-packed
2 Zucchini squash

Baking & Spices

1 Sea salt and pepper
