for-me-for-life: For all my newbie/beginning followers - here’s how to start eating clean and healthy!!

I'm definitely the "girl-on-a-budget diet" but this is a good way to stay focused. maybe printing it out and putting it on the fridge or something

Healthy is not how you see your body, it's how you treat your body.

When people ask me how I lost over 75 pounds I tell them I simply stopped eating a pound of cheese as a snack everyday, started moving ( I cauldron barley walk a 4th of a mile before and now I run 5 miles every morning) and learned how to eat healthy. No fancy or fad diet, just simple healthy eating that lead me to she'd those 75+ pounds and keep them off for 4 years now.

This had some great tips and small changes for a healthier me. If it was easy, everyone would do it.

sugar is an addictive substance just like cocaine. Once you detox yourself from it, your body stops craving it.

Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

SO TRUE! I'm naturally slender, and people often say one of two things to me. When I'm eating junk: "how you you stay so skinny?" When I'm eating healthy: "Why, you don't need to lose weight?"

So true! Do you do the junk food purge in your kitchen? #eatclean #curiosity

So simple, yet so difficult! Google Image Result for www.popsiclesandg...

Eat healthy and eat so much more! Everyone at work thinks I'm not eating, but I tell them I eat all the time and I eat a lot. This is why they don't believe me. Look at the amount of food I'd be eating if it was junk food.
