Roasted Baby Potatoes in a Homemade Mushroom Sauce

Roasted Baby Potatoes in a Homemade Mushroom Sauce I found the sauce/gravy to be wonderful, but didn't get absorbed too much by the potatoes which left them bland...I would use this sauce/gravy on pasta...maybe throw some grilled chicken in too.

I don't know about yours, but my kids and grand-kids LOVE asparagus. Here is a fun way for them to eat it. Take super-thinly sliced Prosciutto you see in the Deli - Just wrap some fresh Asparagus in a slice, and broil until crispy. Throw a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and/or some Red Pepper Flakes on there, too. Fun for little hands to eat because they hold it like a stick and munch away.
