    1) Make Caprese Pops. All you need are cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, lemon zest, a little bit of olive oil, parsley and, of course, toothpicks! Compile your pop and then stick it with the wooden pick.

When I make these, I don't cut the tomatoes in half and I buy the mini ball mozzarella to make it VERY easy. I use slightly longer skewers and put them in a martini glass rather than on a plate. Sooo cute and DELICIOUS!!!!
