    and this is why i don't care what you say about me because i don't like you. some people just can't get over the fact that not everyone likes them. they care so much about what others think and try to prove themselves to everyone. if they were really who they say they are they wouldn't try to prove themselves.

    I wish I remembered how to relax. I need to print this out and stick it to everything I own so I'm forced to see it a hundred times a day. ....

    The hormone cortisol spikes when you are under stress. Cortisol contributes to a variety of health problems. It also makes it difficult to lose body fat. Get plenty of sleep and try to de-stress whenever you can to avoid high cortisol levels ♥

    This is an awesome reminder. The world is a lovely place and there are so many beautiful, tiny things to delight the soul. ♥
