I love this idea for the place value! MAKE THE DATE: This is from our old calendar board. I just added a strip of velcro onto it so that we can display the date in coins. For example, on the photo to the left it is April 28th. So, there is 28 cents displayed on the board. Notice the extra coins hanging on a strip of velcro on the side. FYI, there are velcro dots on the back of the coins so that the kids can practice with real money.

Place value…there's no freebies here, but this is a GREAT way to help older students who are having a problem understanding place value!

Place Value chart love this. I want to make a layout and laminate it. Then it can be used over and over again. Also you could attach baggies and the students could add the model blocks instead of drawing them. Can't wait this will be perfect for my second graders :)

I Have Who Has... Place Value. Love this game! I've been in a bind and needed a time filler activity while subbing and I've pulled used this in different variations and it's always a hit! Love it!
