Blackberry Buttercream Frosting 1 c unsalted butter, room temperature ½ c seedless blackberry jam 4-6 cups powdered sugar Beat butter and jam with electric mixer with paddle attachment. Cream until well incorporated, bout two minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar until you reach the desired consistency.
Salted Caramel Frosting- I used left over ice cream topping Carmel and it was perfect for the apple butter came I made. I imagine making your own caramel would be TO DIE FOR! But I'm not really good with boiling sugar... Getting correct temps... If you are go for it. If you are not this is a good alternative. I bet this combo would make a good cake pop, but there was none left to try!!
