Difference in someone in shape -- i hurt so bad today after doing Jillian Michaels workout DVD but im making myself workout again.

I started my workout journey by rollerblading for 20 minutes a day. Then walking. Then walking faster. Then jogging. Then running. Then increasing my time. I just never stopped. I kept going.

    A Russian twist, from what I was taught years ago, is where you sit on the floor and raise your knees so your feet are off the floor. You lean slightly back, keeping feet off floor, and twist with your arms from side to side. You can do this with a dumbbell or just hold hands out as if you were holding one. Hope that helps if you didn't already google it :)

I LOVE when he wakes me up at 5am to go for a 3 mile walk before I haveto get home and get ready for work... we even do it on the weekends!
